  •Proficiency in one or more academic subjects (e.g., math, English, science).
     •     A passion for teaching and helping young women succeed.
     •     Patience, empathy, and a supportive teaching style.
     •     Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
     •     Commitment to Christian values and the mission of Rooted Mentoring.
     •     Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
     •     Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tutoring sessions.
